Point Fluidizer, Fluidizer
The point fluidizer is an indispensable component in the blast furnace coal injection system, playing a crucial role in the discharge process of powder materials from the silo. Its function is to assist fluidization: through a special device installed at the lower part of the hopper, air is introduced and passed through a porous plate to fluidize the powder, thereby increasing the fluidity of the material, preventing bridging, and ensuring smooth discharge of the material. The fluidizer is arranged in a multi-point manner, installed at the discharge cone, with great flexibility. It can fluidize the material at multiple points, further improving the fluidization effect. There are various types of fluidizers, among which the silo fluidizer is one of the main types.
As a core component in the coal injection system, the point fluidizer not only facilitates smooth material discharge, but also ensures that when the injection tank depressurizes or the safety valve depressurizes, the pulverized coal can remain in the tank after filtration, effectively preventing environmental pollution, pipeline wear, valve damage and pulverized coal waste, thereby reducing costs. This fluidizer adopts a fluidization plate made of high-tech, high-performance stainless steel sintered mesh, which has excellent performance. The fluidization plates are evenly installed in the cone part of the injection tank (pulverized coal bin) and at the dead corners of the powder bin and powder conveying pipes, which can effectively prevent pulverized coal from adhering, caking or arching on the inner wall of the injection tank (pulverized coal bin), enabling the pulverized coal to be smoothly fluidized.
The point fluidizer is not only a flow-assisting component, but also a key equipment that ensures the stable operation of the blast furnace coal injection system. Through scientific design and sophisticated manufacturing process, it realizes precise control of powder materials, providing stable and reliable pulverized coal supply for blast furnace production. In the blast furnace coal injection system, the point fluidizer cooperates with other equipment to form an efficient and safe coal injection system, making important contributions to steel production.
In terms of materials, the point fluidizer (including cone fluidizer, fluidization nozzle, fluidizer nozzle, etc.) is all made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring the durability and reliability of the equipment. At the same time, its design of being evenly installed in the cone part of the injection tank (pulverized coal bin) and at the dead corners of the powder bin and powder conveying pipes can effectively solve the problem of pulverized coal caking, keeping the pulverized coal in a fluidized state at all times, thus ensuring the continuity and stability of the blast furnace coal injection operation.
In summary, the point fluidizer is an indispensable and important component in the blast furnace coal injection system. Its excellent design and manufacturing process provide stable and reliable pulverized coal supply for blast furnace production, and it is one of the key equipments to ensure the smooth progress of blast furnace coal injection operation.
